Nordis Group has obtained GREEN Homes precertification for its Nordis Mamaia project. The mixed-use scheme includes a five-star hotel and apartments located in the northern part of Romania’s Mamaia resort. GREEN Homes certification, offered by the Romania Green Building Council, certifies that sustainable measures and solutions have been implemented in the project.
“We are delighted to have obtained the GREEN Homes precertification for Nordis Mamaia. It is one of our most important projects, and we want to offer the highest quality services and at the same time, take care in the best possible way of nature and the environment,” said Emanuel Postoacă, president of Nordis Group. The project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
