Normal Company is planning to develop a residential-business complex on a plot of land in downtown Podgorica that used to house the old Hotel Ljubic. The 22,000 sqm Ljubovic Hill complex will include 240 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, over six floors. There will also be offices on the ground floor and a hotel with a separate entrance. The project will offer underground as well as surface parking. Completion is scheduled for 2020.
