Normandy Real Estate Partners buys L’Enfant Plaza for $104.6m

Normandy Real Estate Partners has acquired the L’Enfant Plaza office building overlooking the Southwest Waterfront in Washington, DC, for $104.6m. The 315,726 sq ft building was designed by I.M. Pei. The asset is currently 86 percent leased to four GSA tenants and is part of the larger 2.5 million sq ft L’Enfant Plaza mixed-use complex that houses the International Spy Museum, the Hilton Washington DC National Mall and more than 120,000 sq ft of retail. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Normandy Real Estate Partners.
