North Lake bought the Trattoria Il Calcio restaurant in Bucharest from Bucuresti Turism for €4m. The deal includes 3,375 sqm of adjacent land, according to ZiarulFinanciar. The property is located near the Athenaeum concert hall. North Lake is controlled by the offshore company Cipru.
Bucuresti Turism, which owns the Radisson Hotel in Bucharest, is controlled by BEA Hotels Eastern Europe (76.83 percent) and SIF Transilvania (11.29 percent).
