Dallas-based Gaedeke Holdings has sold the Northbridge Tower office building in downtown West Palm Beach and its neighboring building the Northbridge Pavilion. The buyer, 515 N. Flagler Drive Owner, which is managed by Greenfield Partners (from Connecticut) and Crocker Partners (Boca Raton), acquired the properties for a combined $68.24 million. Located at 515 N. Flagler Drive, the buildings combine for a total of 292,001 sq ft of office space, a 181,715 sq ft parking garage along with a 2,000 sq ft restaurant on N. Olive Ave. Built in 1985, the property last traded in 1993 for $24 million. The transaction was completed with a $56.75 million provided by Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund III.
