Northern Aerospace is planning to build manufacturing and warehouse facility in the Trzebownisko Subzone of the Special Economic Zone Euro-Park Mielec. The company will produce aircraft components at the location and is planning to invest more than PLN 43m in the project, which will also include office space and a research laboratory. Cushman & Wakefield will oversee the tender documentation for the land acquisition and is in charge of securing a permit to operate in the zone. Northern Aerospace is looking to purchase a 3 ha site for its new facility, which should be completed by 2021.
