Approximately 300,000 sqm of new sheds are scheduled to come online in northern and western Bohemia this year, increasing the total stock in the region by 23 percent, according to data compiled by CBRE. More than 40 percent will be in the Ústí, Karlovy Vary and Pilsen regions. The entire region will be the main driver of the new development and will add some 80 percent of the newly built premises in Czechia together with large Prague region. CTP lease deals with MD Elektronik (extension of 7,000 sqm) and Top Control (2,800 sqm) in CTPark Pilsen were among the newly signed leases. Both transactions were brokered by 108 Agency.
