Nova Development is building 44 luxury villas in Pipera, near Padurea Andronache, close to Bucharest. The project will be named Millo Village. The villas will offer between 204 sqm and 213 sqm of space with prices starting at €730 per sqm. The first batch of villas is scheduled for completion in Q1 2018. Nordis has been hired to sell the villas. Nordis oversees a portfolio of more than 2,500 properties.
