Nova Iskra Workspace, operated by Rent24, is preparing to open a new coworking space in downtown Belgrade in May. The architecture studio OBE designed the 1,200 sqm contemporary space, which will include 130 work stations as well as interactive space for conferences and events, meeting rooms, entertainment areas, a restaurant and a roof terrace. This will be Nova Iskra’s second recent opening in Belgrade. Six months ago, the company opened a coworking space in the capital’s Zemun municipality.
