Novarion Real Estate will invest EUR 70 million in a project having 500 apartments, 30 houses, three restaurants and a multifunctional gym in Sibiu.
This will be the second phase of the project and Novarion plans to start construction of the last phase of the project in 2025, so that the entire neighborhood will delivered by the end of 2026. The selling prices per square meter built start at 1,200 euros plus VAT.
Meta Estate Trust owns 17% of Novarion, after investing EUR 3 million in two rounds of financing.
