Novo Nordisk leased 580 sqm of offices at Tiriac Tower, going up on Victoriei Square in Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by CBRE. The property will offer nearly 16,500 sqm on 12 floors. Completion is scheduled for 2021. The tenant mix currently includes law firms as well as strategic consulting, engineering and insurance companies. Approximately 30 percent of the space has been leased. āThe construction of the Tiriac Tower continues uninterrupted and we recently completed, in terms of safety and time, the superstructure of the building,ā said Razvan Enache, managing director of Tiriac Imobiliare.
