Novum Hotel Group has acquired seven sleepNsmile Hotels, bringing the hotel group‘s portfolio to 95 hotels with more than 9,300 rooms in 29 European locations. The acquisition involves two hotels in Dresden, two Neuss hotels Neuss and another three in Düsseldorf. „The sleepNsmile Hotels fit perfectly into our portfolio. They are situated near top locations in interesting destinations. We will cautiously customize the existing hotels according to our corporate identity standards and implement our successful brand philosophy,“ says David Etmenan, CEO of Novum Group.
