The real estate developer Novum Business Invest, owned by the entrepreneurs Ionuț Cosmin Fleancu and Dan George Dobre, will start the construction of a residential complex with over 700 apartments in the Militari district of Bucharest, on a plot of land owned by Bucur SA, controlled by SIF Muntenia, in exchange for which Bucur SA will receive about 170 apartments.
Novum 56 will be built in two main phases, after an estimated investment of about EUR 90 million, according to representatives of Crosspoint Real Estate, the broker that will ensure the sale of the project. The developer received the building permit for the first stage in August.
