Novum group has taken over the operation of a Mövenpick Hotel in Essen’s Handelshof building. The investment is situated near the main railroad station on Willy-Brandt-Platz and has been listed for some time. The company plans to refurbish the investment and reopen it at the end of 2016 under the name Novum Winters Hotel Handelshof Essen. The owner of the property, SFO GmbH was advised by JLL Hotels.
