Nowa Szkoła has leased 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź. AXI IMMO advised the client during the lease process. Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub is located on Jędrzejowska street. The property currently offers around 315,000 sqm. Once fully built out, the complex will include more than 400,000 sqm of leasable space.
