The Nowy Świat 2.0 office building in Warsaw has received a LEED Gold certificate. Located in the city center, close to the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the building offers 4,200 sqm of modern office space on five floors. The ground floor and underground levels are dedicated to retail and services units. The scheme was designed by the AMC – Andrzej M.Chołdzyński architectural studio and developed by Karmar. The investor is Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe “Nowy Świat” S.A. The LEED certification process was conducted by JLL.
