NRF Poland takes 3,050 sqm at Pomeranian Logistics Centre

Goodman signed a major tenant at its Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdynia. The European NRF Poland (NRF) producer of coolers and air conditioning components signed a lease agreement for 3,050 sqm of logistics space. AXI IMMO, who represented the tenant in the transaction, said the facility lies in a strategic location for the investor’s CEE operations. “The Pomeranian Logistics Centre, due to its location near the deep-water terminal, perfectly fulfilled the customer’s requirements,” said Danuta Dzierżak, a senior consultant at AXI IMMO.

“The customer was looking for a modern, high-quality unit to replace its existing warehouse, with timing a key consideration, allowing them to move quickly into their new space. Location was also an important factor, with proximity to a seaport required to help facilitate NRF’s Polish distribution operations,” said Błażej Ciesielczak, regional director for Goodman’s Central and Eastern Europe operations.
