More than 2,200 newly built residential units hit the Bulgarian market between January and March, up 62.6 percent from the previous year, according to preliminary data published by the National Statistical Institute.
The majority (713) of the new units went up in Burgas, followed by Varna with 500 units and Plovdiv with 261 residential.
