Security systems distributor NSS signed a lease on 4,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Ideal Idea Park IV in Warsaw. The tenant will occupy two out of three floors in the office building as well as all of the property’s available warehouse space. The transaction was brokered by BSC Real Estate Advisors. Ideal Idea Park IV includes four buildings each offering up to 2,000 sqm of office and up to 3,000 sqm of warehouse space.
