NTT Data Romania, a software and services provider, leased 4,000 sqm at Unirii View, currently underway on Corneliu Coposu boulevard in Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Griffes. Unirii View will offer approximately 18,000 sqm of space on 18 floors. Completion is set for next summer. The general contractor is Bog’Art, while the project’s investor is Yves Weerts.
