The number of employees working in the four Class A office buildings in United Business Center (UBC), in the Palas Iasi complex reached over 3,900 in 2015, up 25 percent since 2014. This figure will rise a further 3,000 in the first half of this year, with the opening of the two new UBC buildings.
UBC 5 has an area of 15,000 sqm on seven floors, while the four floors of UBC 6 will 9,000 sqm of space. With the new investment made by the Iulius Group, the office component of the complex located in the center of Iasi will reach 62,000 sqm. UBC Palas is the city’s main business center with 45 companies, mostly multinational IT and outsourcing firms listed as tenants.
