Developers added 2,379 apartments in 476 residential buildings to the Bulgarian market in the third quarter, according to preliminary data published by the National Statistical Institute.
There were 84 new residential buildings with 624 apartments, delivered in Varna, followed by 82 new residential buildings with 822 apartments in Burgas and 54 new residential buildings with 184 apartments in Plovdiv. There was 17.5 percent fewer new residential buildings delivered in Q3 2015.
