Number of Romanian hotels for sale rises 30 percent

The number of hotels and guesthouses for sale on the seaside and in mountainous areas increased by 30 percent this year since the autumn.
According to information provided by the website imobiliare.ro, prices start from €11,000 and go as high as €6.5m. Over 80% of the total offer of hotels and pensions is concentrated in five counties, Brasov being the first in the ranking, with 22.7% of total supply. Constanta ranks second with 20.6% of total supply. It’s followed by Bihor (15.5%), Prahova (12.4%) and Cluj (11.3%).
The most expensive unit identified in the stud is located in Predeal county, in central Romania.
