The Italian-based Nusco Grup is to being construction on a new office building located in the immediate vicinity of Nusco Tower, Aurel Vlaicu area.
Led by businessman Michelle Nusco, the company is active on the Romanian market through the door and window supplier Pitnum, and the real estate division Nusco Imobiliaria.
The new project will have about 18,000 sqm, of which 12,000 sqm will be office spaces and another 6,000 sqm will be parking. The total investment in this project amounts to around €17m. Michele Nusco says that €10m of the funds will come from an Italy and a Romanian bank, with the rest is an equity contribution from his company.
The building should be ready in 18 months. He also said that talks have already begun with potential tenants that have leased spaces in Nusco Tower are interested to expand into a new office project.
