NY Life Investors acquires Weston Pointe offices

An affiliate of New York Life Investors has purchased the Weston Pointe office park for $114.79 million. The acquisition includes four buildings totaling 399,208 square feet located on N. Commerce Parkway, near the Royal Palm Boulevard exit of Interstate 75. The office park was developed on the 24 acre site between 1999 and 2005. The sellers, a joint venture between New York-based Gramercy (80 percent) and Indianapolis-based Duke Realty (20 percent), bought the complex in 2011 for $94.6 million. Tenants include Regus, Merrill Lynch, American InterContinental University and the DEA.
