New York-based East End Capital has acquired a Wynwood warehouse property for $14.5 million. The 19,891 square foot warehouse is located at 310 and 318 N.W. 25th Street and changed hands for $729 per square foot. The warehouse built in 1951, was sold by Kyung J. Bae and Young Jin Bae who paid $256,000 for the building in 1996. Jon Gerzsberg of Marcus & Millichap and Andy Charry of FIP Realty represented East End Capital in the deal. East End Capital said there are no current plans to redevelop the property and plans to continue to lease the asset as a warehouse. “We are excited to add these properties to our Wynwood portfolio and look forward to bringing artistic and creative companies that add to the unique fabric of the neighborhood,” said Marc Gitto, director of East End Capital.
