Obermayer Helika has been hired to prepare the planning documentation for a new parkhouse in Prague 9’s Černý Most district. The parkhouse, to be included in the city’s P+R system, will replace an existing parking lot, extending the capacity at the location to 880 cars. Obermeyer Helika will secure the building permit for the project and will be in charge of choosing the contractor as well as overseeing construction for the investor, the City of Prague. Construction should start in Q1 2019, with completion scheduled for late 2020.
