Objectivity remains in Wroclaw’s West Forum until 2030

IT company Objectivity Sp. z o.o. has extended its lease agreement at Wrocław’s West Forum complex. The annex covers nearly 4,400 sqm of office space and 141 parking spaces.

Objectivity is an international IT company with British roots. It has its branches located in Poland, the UK, Germany, Mauritus and Rwanda. It currently employs more than 900 people.

Since 1991, it has been helping organizations achieve business advantage, based on the latest technology and innovative thinking. The company provides tailored solutions, including IoT web and desktop applications, Big Data, Machine Learning and AI, cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), as well as proactive maintenance and support.

“We decided to stay at West Forum because of many factors. Among other things, the complex is well connected, our employees and guests have the ability to reach the office by various means of transportation. In addition, the office spaces meet our needs. We also appreciate the very good cooperation with the building manager and look forward to its continuation,” said Piotr Szatkowski, Group Chief Operating Officer, Objectivity.

“Objectivity Sp. z o.o. is a long-standing, major tenant of the building. As a result of the annexation of the contract, the client has decided to extend the lease until August 31, 2030. We are happy to see the confidence of our tenants, who are staying with us for a longer period, especially in this uncertain and not easy economic time,” comments Anna Fijałkowska, CEO of TFG Asset Management.

The West Forum complex consists of two office buildings: Building A – with a total office area of 10370 sqm) and Building B – with a total office area of 11,962 sqm). The building is located within the Fabryczna district, which is the western part of Wroclaw. The close proximity of the Gądowianka flyover, which connects to national road No. 5., as well as the Wrocław Muchobór railway station (located 200 meters away), provides convenient access for people using private transportation as well as public transport. The airport is within 7 km of the complex.
