Ocado Technology has leased almost 1,500 sqm of space in the Wrocław office building Centrum Biznesu Magdalena. The tenant was advised by Colliers International. Ocado Technology is an IT service and support provider for the online supermarket giant Ocado. The company employs circa 8,500 people in three European offices: Hatfield in the UK, and Kraków and Wrocław in Poland.
“From the very beginning of the search process Ocado Technology has put great emphasis on the unique location and character of the new office,” said Kamil Pakosz, Wrocław Regional Manager at Colliers International. “The view from the windows on the historic centre of Wrocław, a huge terrace on the roof of the building and easy access to the premises facilitated the choice.” Arrangement works are underway at the building.
Centrum Biznesu Magdalena is a 6-storey class A office building, which offers approximately 4,500 sqm of space near the center of Wrocław.
