An international service provider took 5,200 sqm in Building B at the Váci Greens office park in Budapest, pushing the occupancy rate to around 90 percent. The new tenant, whose name was not released, will relocate to the complex in July 2017. Váci Greens is located on 2.5 ha along Budapest’s Váci business corridor. The six-story Building B can accommodate up to 2,100 people and includes three underground parking levels.
