Fort Lauderdale-based developer Ocean Land Investments has broken ground on the AquaLuna condominiums in East Las Olas neighborhood of Ft Lauderdale. After selling, 12 of the 16 units planned the company has begun construction. Located on Isle of Venice Drive, the complex will have five stories and occupy 260 feet of water front land. Units will range in size from 2,590 square feet to to 5,717 square feet with prices beginning from $1.28 million. Ocean Land also developed AquaVita in East las Olas and states it is working on several other projects in the neighborhood.
