Ochnik Development has started the construction and sale of apartments in the Dzielna 62 investment. Another project that the developer is implementing in Warsaw’s Muranów district is distinguished by beautiful architecture, exceptional subtlety of details and rich greenery
The Dzielna 62 apartment building has been designed in a classic style, the synthetic form of the building arrangement brings to mind the art deco aesthetics. The division of the body is drawn here by characteristic decorative posts with brass elements, embedded in the face of glass balustrades in the space between balconies. The elegant finish is given by smooth grooves made of light sandstone, as well as graphite sheets made of quartz sinters covering the facade. The six-storey building topped with an attic will house 50 apartments with an area of 40 sqm to 120 sqm.
Ochnik Development is implementing its new project in Warsaw’s Muranów. The Dzielna 62 apartment building is being built near the most modern business center of Warsaw, located in the area of Daszyńskiego roundabout and in the vicinity of one of the main city arteries, Jana Pawła II Avenue. The intention of the architects from the Biuro Projektów Kazimierski i Ryba studio and Nemo Studio Michał Niemyski was to design a building refined in its simplicity, which would fill the frontage along Dzielna Street and create a harmonious whole in terms of architecture and urban planning with modern buildings in the area, and at the same time constitute an atmospheric, green enclave, providing a quiet and friendly space to live.
The implementation of the Dzielna 62 project is another important step in the development activity of the Ochnik Group, which in recent years has brought residential investments from the premium segment, as well as projects in the office sector in Warsaw, which have been successful on the market. Ochnik Development has provided, among others, the Warsaw project Apartamenty Dzielna 64 and Studio Centrum, or the Dzielna 60 office complex. The determinant of the company’s activities, which derives from the structures of the recognized Polish clothing brand Ochnik, is the implementation of high-class, unique projects, made with attention to every detail.

The style of the building, which is being built on Dzielna Street, is subtly expressed by high, wooden windows in warm colors of natural wood, as well as matching wooden partitions and finishing elements on the balconies. A representative reception hall will lead to the apartments in the building, one of the walls of which will be covered with a vertical garden with live vegetation. Lush greenery will also fill the recreation area on the inner patio. The terrace part of the apartment building’s roof with a glass balustrade will also be planted with a variety of vegetation. The roof terraces with an area of 85 sqm. There will also be two penthouses located on the top floor of the building, which will be accessed directly from the apartments by stairs covered with a glass cabin. Larger apartments will be equipped with two balconies / loggias, both at the living areas and at the bedroom side.
The unique character of Dzielna 62 is reflected in the arrangement of the building. Brass finishes – the leading element of the project, apart from the façade, will also be placed on the door of the representative entrance of the main apartment building with the reception desk and integrated into the mosaic floors in the corridors. Brass will also be shown in the upper part of slanted, bent, steel balcony railings and closing arcades, double-leaf entrance gates with an openwork pattern in a similar form. The exclusive character of the project is also reflected in the elevators with black doors, mosaic floors and mirrors in a wooden display.
