Octava, a fund listed on Warsawās stock exchange, is taking over the Arka BZ WBK closed-ended fund for a reported PLN 97.2m, the daily Puls Biznesu reports. In addition to the 10-year real estate fund, Octava is also adding six medium-sized properties to its portfolio. These projects include FDS Plaza and Light House in Warsaw, Alfa Plaza in Gdynia, Winogrady Business Center in PoznaÅ, Red Tower in ÅĆ³dÅŗ and Quattro Forum in WrocÅaw. The fund has paid out dividends on two occasions.
