The investment fund Octava FIZAN acquired part of the Arka BZ WBK Funduszu Rynku NieruchomoÅci FIZ portfolio. The transaction includes six real estate assets, totaling 48,300 sqm of GLA: FDS Plaza and Light House in Warsaw, Quattro Forum in WrocÅaw, Winogrady Business Center in PoznaÅ, Red Tower in ÅĆ³dÅŗ and Alfa Plaza in Tricity. JLL represented the seller in the transactions, while Magnusson was the company that advised the buyer.
