Orlando based ODC Construction has announced the addition of a third office location in south Florida. Located in Boynton Beach, the majority of the company’s South Florida work is centered in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. ODC has increased year-over-year revenue by 17.1% to $80 million in 2015 and expects to hit $115 million for 2016. The contractor has built more than 200 homes from Indian River County to the Florida Keys for national clients including DR Horton, Stellar Homes, Meritage Homes, K-Hovnanian Homes and Oakmont Custom Builders. With its 400 employees, the builder is Florida’s largest shell construction contractor, delivering turnkey foundation, masonry and framing work.
