J&T Real Estate will begin construction of its office project S9 Florenc in October. Construction of the 3,000 sqm office project will start on a speculative basis, and should cost the investor CZK 130m. Martin Kodeš, J&T Real Estate Sales Director, says that the name of the general contractor should be announced later today. S9 will fill in the last free plot at Florenc, just across the street from the metro station and next to the Jury’s hotel. The headline rent is set at €18, according to the leasing agents at JLL. The project should be completed in February 2014.
