Crestyl and UBM started construction on the DOCK 01 in Prague 8’s Libeň district. Roughly 30 percent of the 9,000 sqm office building has been pre-leased by the two developers, who plan to move into the project after completion. DOCK 01 is the first of four commercial phases of the riverside project Crestyl has been developing in Libeň. UBM paired up with Crestyl only recently. The general contractor PORR should complete the building, worth CZK 480m, in autumn 2013.
