Huge demand for office space in Krak贸w is driven, in part, by interest from companies in the business service sector as well as the city鈥檚 developed infrastructure and educated labor pool, according to a study by Podium Investment. To that end, a number of office schemes have been developed in recent years, boosting the city鈥檚 employment numbers. Companies are attracted by direct access to the Krak贸w Airport, the second biggest in Poland, as well the A4 motorway and the planned S7 expressway, which will connect Krak贸w to Warsaw.
