Office Depot has extended its lease at the Iulius Business Center in Cluj-Napoca. The company also expanded its space by 700 sqm and now occupies 4,500 sqm. The Iulius Business Center, the first project developed by Iulius Group, was opened in 2008. It offers 7,500 sqm of leasable space and is fully occupied by Genpact, Endava and Office Depot.
Iulius Group is currently developing United Business Center Tower, a class A office building scheduled for completion in the second half of 2014. It will offer 10,000 sqm of space.
