Warsaw Spire is one of the most unique office developments and a state-of-the-art project going up in the heart of Warsawās central business district. The investment, being developed by Ghelamco, the leader of sustainable buildings in Poland, is considered the biggest office complex currently under construction in Europe. Construction started in 2011 with completion set for 2014/2015. Three buildings are currently under construction: a 220-meter tower and two neighboring 55-meter buildings, which will provide approximately 100,000 sqm of modern A-class office space to the capital. The building is conveniently located near the city center between Grzybowska, Åucka, Towarowa and Wronia streets next to a planned underground station. The investment was designed in accordance with the BREEAM environmental certificate regulations. Frontex signed on as Warsaw Spireās first tenant at the end of 2012.
