Five real estate assets owned by Office Park Expo Fund were sold to a foreign investment fund for €223m. In all, this amounted to 182,000 sqm of space, which is managed by Norfin – Investment Manager Funds Real Estate. The Office Park Expo Fund was established in 2002 and has been owned by public and private institutions. The ownership structure of the buyer has been made public.
