Total office stock hit 37 million sqm in the CEE region in the first six months of 2019, according to Colliers International. A total of 707,000 sqm were completed in H1, while an additional 3.7 million sqm are currently under construction. “The largest supply of modern office space was recorded in Warsaw, Budapest and in Prague, while the biggest increase in new supply in H1 2019 was seen in Bucharest,” said Dominika Jędrak, director of research and consultancy services, at Colliers.
