The total modern office stock in Poland’s eight regional markets exceeded 5 million sqm at the end of Q1, 5.3 percent less than the existing stock in Warsaw. More than 2 million sqm are under construction, of which more than 834,000 sqm are going up in Warsaw. More than 20,000 sqm were delivered to the Warsaw office market in the first quarter of 2019. The largest project completed in the capital was a new 15,700 sqm building at the Spark project in the Wola district. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in 2023.
