Following a record-breaking performance in 2017, the total office stock in Poland’s regional cities increased by 3 percent q-o-q in the first three months of this year to 4.5 million sqm, according to C&W. Nearly 130,000 sqm of office space was completed in seven new projects delivered in the country’s regional markets in Q1. The total office stock in the largest regional cities is expected to surpass 5 million sqm by the end of 2018. Office completions in Q1 included Olivia Star (45,600 sqm) in Gdańsk, developed by Olivia Business Center, followed by O3 Business Campus III (19,200 sqm) in Kraków and .KTW (18,250 sqm) in Katowice.
