Investors bought 778 million euro worth of office projects in 2020. The biggest deal this year was when AFI Europe bought NEPI-Rockcastle’s office portfolio for 307 million euro. This month, Skanska officially announced the sale of Campus 6.2 and 6.3 buildings to S Immo for 97 million euro. An investment fund backed by the National Bank of Hungary, Optimum Ventures Private Equity Fund, bought 61.5% of real estate developer GTC, and Zeus Capital Management and Fosun Properties bought Floreasca Park in the capital in exchange for 101.5 million euro. Also this year, the acquisition of The Bridge project by Dedeman was completed.
Class A offices in Romania remained at an investment yield of over 7%, given that in Central Europe they were compressed between 3 and 5%, which is why such local assets remained very attractive.
