Oil Terminal Constanta appoints new general manager

The board of administrators of the state-controlled port operator Oil Terminal Constanţa (OIL) has replaced the former general manager Silviu Ioan Wagner with Emil Rohat, the current technical director of the company.

In another management change, the lawyer Adrian-Catalin Bulboaca, managing partner within law firm Bulboaca si Asociatii has been named interim administrator of the company.

In 2011, Oil Terminal had a turnover of €27.3m, 12% down compared to 2010, and its net profit was five times smaller compared to 2010. Oil Terminal specializes in managing operations for the trading and transport of petroleum products.
