Okam Capital took 725 sqm of office space at Adgar Park West in Warsaw’s CBD. The residential real estate developer will move into the complex on Aleje Jerozolimskie street at the beginning of October. A number of new leases were in mid-September: the operator of the Biedronka supermarket chain and the Slovak energy company Slovenske Elektrarne each took 331 sqm at the project.
