The Warsaw office building Okęcie Business Point has changed hands this week, with 5th Avenue Holding selling the property for PLN 12.6m. The name of the buyer is being kept confidential at this stage, though it has leaked out according to the Polish media reports that the asking price for the property had been PLN 13.9m.
The five-storey office building is located at the corner of Al.Krakowskia and 17 Stycznia streets, near Okęcie Business Centre property. Delivered this year, Okęcie Business Point offers 1,600 sqm of GLA. The property manager of building is London Real Estate Investment.
