A subsidiary of Russia’s OKO Group, led by Vladislav Doronin, has filed plans with the FAA for the construction of a new condominium tower in the Brickell sub-market of Miami. The plans call for a 48 story tower that will have a build out height of 613 feet. OKO group would demolish an existing 11 story 61 unit condo building for which the company paid $48 million, or just over $786,885 per unit.
