OKRE Development has completed construction on Greenwings Offices in Warsaw. The seven-story office building offers 10,800 sqm of new office space as well as 270 underground parking spots. The developer has already obtained BREEAM Very Good certification for the project. JEMS Architekci designed the scheme.
Greenwings Offices will welcome its first tenants in June. The group of companies lined up for the project includes CFE Polska, Tavola, Zespół Zarządców Nieruchomości and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Polska. “We chose to provide the highest quality of sustainable space, which attracted tenants who are looking for cost savings and high-quality space,” said Ronnie Richardson, CEO OKRE Development.
